Boxing for fitness and Conditioning :- In our Centre we follow weekly Schedule . Just by following the schedule slowly the fitness of body starts improving. Sometimes we do outside workouts just to make the process interesting. Along with this we regularly do streching exercises to keep you flexible.
Boxing for Self Defence :- Muscles are good but Muscles with Martial Arts(Boxing) is even better .Self Defense is like insurance ,People don’t understand its value until problem comes in front of them. We also don’t want to use it but we must have it. One more thing its only for Defense.
